Lifes a Rollacoaster

Well my life is really like a roller coaster this year, seems worse than the last few lol, i seem to be having a few highs and alot of lows also i think I'm suffering with mild panic attacks so I'm going to discuss that with the doctor when i go in a couple of week. Mind you its like trying to get an appointment with the queen but i have got one booked not at an ideal time but non the less booked.
Well no cards although i have made one or 2 i think they are still around so if they are i will take a pic before i send them on there way with snail mail.
Just a quick update on family, David had a letter a couple of weeks ago to see the doc about the results of a blood test, wellllll trying to see our doc was a nightmare the earliest that we could get an appointment was the 18th march some 5 weeks away what they did say was that if he rang today he could speak to our doctor, well the short of it is that he is border line deficient in calcium and vitamin D he could go on a course of tablets but they would be for a year, he has opted for the other option which was to get out more in sunlight hahaha and have another test at the end of May. I'm going to give him some supplement to, bless he has had a infection in his toe again so he had been walking a couple of miles everyday, but hasn't done that for a couple of weeks again soooooooooo hopefully i can use m gentle persuasion (boot up bum) and get him out again, just want at the end of all this to have a reasonable happy person I'm sure we will get there he like me is up and down and i think alot of that is depression related.
On a final sad note next Monday it will be a year since my father in law passed away it has gone so quickly but he is greatly missed xx

I have decided that i much prefer to make cards for no one in particular, well just for me cos i like em, and the last couple of weeks if just been dabbling here and there with lots of things, head in book, knitting a wrap for me with alpaca wool very expensive very soft and will probably take till next winter to finish, knitting a matinee coat for a baby in the same pattern as i knitted for my boys when i was pregnant. Also colouring a few digi images not that I'm very good and either colouring em in or remembering who i brought them from, sooooo you will be surprised that i do know where i got the next 2 images from one is from teddy bo bears and well i thought the other one was a just inklined digi stamp but i cant find it on there site so maybe I'm wrong, I love both of them which is something i don't say about my own stuff very often lol xx also have another image coloured in but could be bothered hunting out backing paper to go with it soooo the next time i have a mad crafting minute not for at least 10 days i will do my best to use it mind you will probably will have lost it by then x

Well in the last 2 months not alot has changed would you believe we still haven't got our car back, for 2 weeks i walked back and forth to work due to snow and no car and buses not running, just the time of year you want that to happen when you work in retail, eventually on Christmas eve i started with the company cold, lasted till lunch time on Christmas day and then went to bed got up for an hour to watch strictly then went back, worked boxing day and the bank holiday Monday but by the Tuesday i was dead on my feet so spent Tuesday and Wednesday morning in bed or asleep on sofa, the Wednesday was actually my birthday soooo wasn't till the the evening when we went to see the panto, Stavros Flatley was in it and was letting people have there pics taken with him, id not taken my camera but luckily had my phone with me so got my picture taken with him made my day.

Well back to what i was rambling on about,my dear MIL paid for us to hire a car for a week so we did have some transport from the 29th to the 4th, then the saga began we had a courtesy car from ford lol we still have it, and hubby's company are paying £10 a day for that its a nightmare, the car is a new Mondeo and apparently because of this no one can find out the part number for the inserts that are needed to put back in the bumper, soooooooooooooo its nearly 8 weeks since the accident and still we are no further forward, oh and the damage to the car electrics caused by the accident is about £3,000 glad we aren't paying that! not sure if anyone reads my blog but since i still blog hop i will be posting from time to time when time allows xx

What a Day

well today hasn't quite been the day i thought it would be you may need to get a cuppa and a biscuit to read this post, right.... this morning got up cleaned bathroom then started sorting Xmas presents had a bit of a blow as been under alot of stress this year and lets say popped my cork late morning floods of tears etc,. anyway i digress, looked out the window it was snowing only a fine light bit, came down stairs and said to hubby i really think we should go up to Coventry and pick son and girlfriend up today instead of tomorrow so dropped everything and headed of bit of snow about on way, got to Coventry they had had a bit but still nowt terrible, it did start to snow a bit harder as we left but popped into mcD to get them a bite and it had stopped when we came out back in car no real snow till we got to junction 15 of M1 we live at J14 so thought OK motorway isn't going anywhere we will go back roads Northampton had snow but again not alot main roads fine, THEN... my god blizzard still managing not to bad, about 7 miles from home maybe a bit more a waitrose van decided to turn across road in front of us..... next thing we are heading up a farm drive with nooooo grip next big bang as we scrape the car down a wall.... car stops wont start or anything luckily we hadn't hit the van otherwise well i seriously don't think id be writing this, i Andy headed back to row i headed up farm track, fell flat on my face in snow (hand and knee etc ache like billy oh tonight) eventually went back to car to find that the waitrose van was trying to deliver to the farm a very very nice couple a major no less was helping unload to stuff from van as he was having a party, they took us into his house and made us tea this was after a trek in snow to get to the barn we said could you tell us where we are which he did and then asked us where we were from when he realised how close we was to home he said no worries I'll go and get the range rover out and take you home so we stopped at our car loaded to uni kids stuff up and made a slow journey home which was hairy enough to i only hope the kind man got back to his place etc, he was a real country gent and i am totally grateful to him as we all where, to be honest its going to be a real pain having no car for who knows how long but and its a big but apart from a few bruise and aches from pushing cars and falling over we are safe and if we have no presents and have to have beans on toast for dinner on Xmas day i really don't care ... right finished now hope you have stayed with me love and hugs for all those being effected by the snow ooooh and finally i think we have had something like 8 inches on the flat and well drifts alot worse xxx

Well I always think that things are OK and there not, over the last 2 weeks I have had some of the most restful and some of the most traumatic days of my life, 17TH July heralded the start of 2 weeks hols first week spent at our caravan and the 2ND away with friends at a fishing complex in Worcestershire, first week was good sitting out a couple of days out at the sea, home for one day to do washing re-pack and re-load to go to the fisheries Hawford Fisheries to say that the place was out of this world is an understatement you really couldn't have asked for better accommodation etc and the couple that own it are just the 2 most lovely people, nothing was to much trouble. Hubby did lots of fishing and had a great time friends kept saying that this must be a dream etc, anyway we had days out even went to Worcester races one night something i had never done before. Anyway all was going great till on Friday i woke up to 23 missed calls on my phone, alarm bells ringing in my head, the where all from my eldest made contact will him and for the next 48hrs well its been rough, our middle son 22 had taken an overdose and was on the way to hospital in an ambulance, to say stuff was rapidly packed etc is an understatement, luckily we where only 2 hours from home so headed straight to the hospital, to cut a long story short son is now home with us, lots need to change for both him and us, but so far so good.x.o.x

Another week and my arm has been twisted to do the Crafty sentiment digi blog challenge again, yes Bev i mean YOU ROFL I'm actually away on hols this week and today i forced myself to get all my crafting stuff out and do the card, the humidity today has nearly killed me and in the end i went and sat in the shade at the side of caravan with my feet in a bowl of water not a pretty sight, well back to the card the challenge this week was BROWN GREEN & YELLOW apart from my white base card I've kept to that brief also used a crafty sentiment digi stamp to, the backing papers i think are bearly mine and bunny is coloured with copics, and no i don't know what shades lol well thanks for popping by off to post this on there mr linky xx

Well was talking to my friend Bev on Sunday night and she said if i didn't make use of my day off yesterday she wouldn't speak to me for a week, I'm hoping that she was only teasing but i decided since its alot cooler id make the most of the day and finished off some of my July birthdays as they only really needed a few bits doing to em and then id got a few images coloured and cut out soooo thought lets use em and to be honest I'm really happy with what i have done which doesn't happen often lol, the ones with no sentiment aren't for any occasion's at the moment so will add the sentiment when i send em.x OH and nearly forgot, I've won 3 blog challenges just recently soooo thank you so much to those blogs xxxx

Another week

LOL still no cards but a possibility that i may make some this weekend, but that will depend on the weather, I'm afraid i cant get my bum into craft mode when its hot, I've had a babies cardigan to sew up and its been waiting a month and i do have a card that needs finishing also some inserts to do but nothing really pressing.
Work somewhat got in the way last week there has been hours cut (only my overtime) but i take it personally silly i know but it rocks my boat, then last Friday i got migraine twice then had it Saturday Sunday Monday and boy did it wipe me out, along with the heat all I've done is veg of an evening.

Also have started reading books i got for my hols lol, well a girl has to do something when she is laying in bed sweating profusely lol. This weekend hubby is off to the caravan on his own, bless i have to work Sunday and he HAS to fish lol i really don't mind going to have a me day Saturday and that evening going out with the young girls from work as 2 of them are moving on this year.

I've sat at the table Ive looked at my crafting stuff but that's all i have done,oh and Ive even brought digi images that didn't spur me on either. I'm really feeling down at the mo, totally wiped out all the while, I think alot of it is a flair up with my depression and i know from normal episodes it will pass but never know when, other thing that I think isn't helping is along with some others at work who work our butts off just to make the company succeed and what happens there not making enough money so hours have been cut. I've not really lost anything but all overtime has been cut and the basic hours I do will be stretched over more days so shorter shifts but more often, which should leave me more time for me, but so far i don't feel that way. I guess I don't like having my boat rocked. And doubly so I feel for those that have had there hours cut.
On a slightly happier note hubby and I are taking his mum out on Saturday she hasn't been out anywhere other than tesco etc for the last 5 years or so as dad didn't like going anywhere after his first stroke we think it will only be to a garden centre and a little drive as at 86 she is suffering a bit with her legs not working like they should. Sunday I will be working and off on Monday I'm hoping to do a bit of house stuff first thing then do something crafty but don't hold your breath xx

LOL I seem to be making a habit of me days, well this will be the last one this week, today was my day off for working yesterday, I had intended getting up sticking washing on then doing the ironing but hey ho didn't got up had a shower PC'd a bit then made some cards. The lion one is for my friends husband they went to Kenya earlier this year so thought this was a fitting image an its JNM again, then I have another friends birthday and since I treated myself to a few (who am i kidding ALOT)

Well hubby has twin sisters and there birthday falls in July so i thought well lets sort them out and i made these 2 cards both on the same theme, I believe both images are from Jane Netley Mayhews 2 I love this CD it has sooooo many lovely images on it and they are simple cards that look good xx the wording is made with alphabet bubbles I've had them for years and have used them on 4 of the 6 cards i have made today xx amazing what you find when you ferret around in a shoe box lol xx

Well tonight while one son and hubby have been watching the footie i finished another card so in total i have made 6 today nearly a record for me I've spent about 6 or 7 hours sitting at the table just fiddling the first one was nearly a disaster I had coloured the image with copics a couple of weeks ago lost it twice then was going to make it on Monday but life got in the way, anyway today it was the one i started with finished it in record time for me it looked good when id finished then i screamed argggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh it opened back to front now due to the fact i use thickish card remounting it wasn't really an option so i messed it about for over an hour and well this is what it finished up as hope you like lol x

Well this is being posted after a sleepless night and I'm not sure how my day will go i have brought loads of stamps with me and a couple of different inks one being momento the other stazon so not sure if i will do them knit or crosstitch or just doze the day away. I think I've got admit must be a once a month blogger i pop onto my blog at least twice a day but as far as posting stuff goes it just don't happen, its a good job i don't have many followers, i must admit of late i don't seem to be into my card making i have made 2 or 3 cards one that was for a very dear friends birthday the other 2 a last minute order, but that's about it. I'm down my beloved caravan this week so had hoped that i would get my bum in gear as of course I've brought alot of things with me, i did make one card which i will post later but then had a very very nasty flair up of my IBS and well its floored me, was awake at 4:30am this morning not because of that just wide awake eventually dropped back off and woke at 9 feeling drained got a headache to and still feel sleepy so who knows how i will get on today but i guess since I'm on my own down here i really don't need to pit myself under any pressure, lol but i ALWAYS do. xx

Bad Bad Blogger

Since the beginning of March my mojo seems to have gone awol. and I also don't seem to have had the time for card making, i have been blog hopping loads tho, I'm addicted to playing farkle on facebook and if i have a bad game, or someone is very slow then i hop from blog to blog. Well as most know its Easter weekend, and as in the true British way its a cold and wet one! we are at our caravan and due to the fact that some people have no consideration for others the site is a mud bath im getting to be a very grumpy old women and most of it is because the 4x4 drivers just churn it all up!
Anyway had a very stressful day yesterday, just seemed one of those days when all i achieved was loosing my rag lol, Husband was fishing all day and rescued the situation when he came back as he listened to alllll my moaning and also brought me some Lindor eggs yummy. This morning i braved the rain early and had a shower and then hopped back into bed and watched the first few laps of the GP then husband cooked a LOVELY fried breakfast we are just watching the last few laps then he will go fishing and I will HOPEFULLY get the few crafting bits out and just play, we are heading home this evening as I'm working tomorrow. Well you never know a card may even appear on my blog xx

I'm sorry for the odd few that view my blog that I haven't added anything to it lately but since the death of my father in law i haven't had the time or the mojo really. My husbands sister dealt with most of the stuff but there have been phone calls every night, and things to discuss. I have been like a complete zombie at work etc, making silly mistakes and my boss has been a brick. Well I had last Wednesday and Thursday off the funeral was Thursday, on Wednesday we went to the chapel of rest I said my last goodbyes bless. The funeral although very very draining went very well, and hopefully now our life can get somewhere back to where it was. R.I.P

Well as the title says I never thought i would do a tilda, the original one i thought where ugly but these well i think they are sweet, I coloured this with my copics mainly and a couple of promarkers, it was the first REAL copic colouring Ive done i used a tutorial on u tube and to say I'm pleased with the colouring not overly sure of the card it's self but i think i will give it another go lol

To be honest life has got in the way a bit not in a bad way just in a normal way, and apart from a little bit of colouring with my copics and pro markers both on the ssame image Ive not done anything crafty either which is bad as Ive got loads of cards to do for March and April. Sooooo today is my day off and after Ive done loads of other things I'm hoping to still have the energy to do some crafting to but don't hold your breath.

Well 3 things to report i think all positive stuff i think, first eldest son has got a job after being made redundant last July, he is starting his new job in London no less on the 2ND March, mind you looks like we will have to lend him some money for the train fare for the first month. secondly, have visited 2 universities with the youngest Coventry and Surrey, both good universities so if his marks are good his first choice will be surrey and secondly Coventry bless i think he will be greatly missed at home, but will be starting out in life, thirdly looks like the father in law looks at the moment to be alot better, he is hopefully going into a nursing home in the next month or so and if he improves he may even get to go back home, so thi light at the end of the tunnel is still shining at the moment mind you the way my life goes some bugger can easily turn it off lol... anyway need to start my jobs if Ive got any chance of doing crafting so bye for now xxx

Some cards at last

well as some of you know I'm down my caravan this week id hoped well thought that since i was down here on my own, id get lots of crafting done, trouble is it seems to take me 2 hours to decided what to put on a card then 2 hours to put it on, and then I'm not overly keen on what I've done lol sooooo here are my efforts so far, now this first it a bit of an altered one i put it on my blog the other week as part of a challenge and didn't really like the finished card so viola changed it a bit and prefer this although my colour isn't good lol

now i love the next image its a digi one i purchased last week but not sure that the card looks right although did think the colouring was better even if i do say so my self lol

the next one now is for my friends daughter she is pink and horse mad, this has grew on me as when i finished it i realised that i had smudged the image at the tail and that the colouring again wasn't great.

and then the last one, the colour of the card is a pearlescent sage colour and again not totally sure of the final thing.

Well nearly a week

I know nearly another week since I've added anything honest i have thought about it, i actually made a card today which is the first time in 2 weeks, but its not very good lol. Actually made 2 but one went in the bin.

On the plus side I'm away this week at my caravan, site is very quiet, lol heater is on full 24/7, and apart from a bit drafty round the ankles its lovely, I've had a bit of a funny head and stomach today and not really done much after from lounge, watch TV and well not alot else but then it was supposed to be a real chill week for me so i dont intend getting to cross with myself.

Weather today has been a bit pants everything from snow to rain with a bit of sleet and hail added in oh and windy to lol.

Maybe tomorrow i will get a pic of the card i made today and maybe even another 1 or 2 who knows xxx

Not been a very good blogger this last week, probably plenty to say but never go as far as the blog LOL, actually last week was a very busy week, worked on the Sunday had the Monday off cant even remember what i did with that day, then worked everyday till Saturday, had that off and then worked Sunday and Monday, off tomorrow tho and then only 2 shifts left after that till my week off WHHHHHHOOOOOOPPYYYY its been nearly 5 months since the last holiday so seems like a lifetime ago.

Mind you one thing to report and think it proves what i already knew which is that I'm officially loosing my marbles. It took me 3 weeks to get a bookable appointment with my doc, so last Friday i turned up at the allotted time only to find out that the appointment had been on the Thursday and it said it on the card to.
Unfortunatly this week have missed a couple of sketches etc but just havent had the time to do them, hopefully next week the blog willl be full of cards for those that look to see xxx

My dear friend Bev and I where chatting the other night and I said id seen a blog where you had to use an old stamp that you had hidden away, now the fact is i have a quite a few so i decided to use to challneges together so here they are sketch saturday and quixotic I have fell in and out of love with this over the 2 hours it has taken to make, im still not sure about it i think for me the sketch is busy but that is just personal taste. Ooops forgot to say what i had used, the ribbon and card base is from my stash, the papers are the new papermania capsule one that are in the goody bag the stamp i believe is one of little claire designs. thank you for looking xx

now this is going to be a wonder i will actually post 3 times in one day. I've just had a traumatic hour, this morning before i went to work i did a windows update ohhhh myyyyy goddddd went to turn laptop on and well got to log in but that was it luckily my youngest uses my lappy from time to time and he had managed to set up a inlet into the lappy and luckily the restore position was the 19th Jan so i crossed everything pushed the button and held my breath after what seemed like a age it came back HURRRRAR i realised that it wouldnt be the internet that i worried about the most but the fact that the laptop holds sooo much crafting info. xx

Well I think I'm going to call this fall down or drop it Friday, so far i knocked a HUGE pile of craft stuff over, then lost a basque and a head in the process, not mine I will hasten to add, ones on the decoupage I was doing yesterday, found the head and basque EVENTUALLY now there drying as have been glitter glued.

My friend Bev told me I had to do a card a week and I'm really really trying, this week all though one is not quite finished I've done 2, one is a blog challenge the other just a card that may or may not get used as a birthday card for a young lady i work with.

On another level back to the FIL, although we thought over Christmas we would loose him he has battled on an although not well etc he is still with us, my dear husband has just had a call from his sister to say dad has told the nurses that he is not gong into a nursing home under any circumstances, and wants to go home, now bearing in mind that he is totally bed bound and has been for at least the last 4 months, and the fact that my MIL is 87 in March, how the hec do people expect that to happen, the hospital have said they would provide a bed but it must have enough space round it for carers which would only come in 4 times a day, which means if he needs anything other times MIL would have to deal with it they live in a 1 bedroom flat which they moved into last August so another suggestion was moving to a bigger one ROFL poor MIL found one move hard enough let alone another, they then said oh well the bed could go in the lounge in place of the sofa an the logic in that is what??? so again my SIL has said, NO also last week they said that they would give him physio but he just says no so they don't do it, talk about head and a brick wall enough of my ramblings as i need to go to work now will post one or both the cards later xx

Just had a phone call from my MIL to say a very very big thank you for the card i sent her, it was just a card to say we are all here for her etc while dads poorly, altough he does slowly seem to be improving i dont go as often as i should she told me im special awww how lovely is that from a family that ...do keep there cards very close to there chest x

Been up since 6:30am!! yes i know its Saturday but don't think my body clock did! i don't get up this early in the week! well not often.

It has seemed a very longggggggggg day, spent an hour this afternoon looking for some backing paper that i know i had a week or so ago, not now its disappeared so ended up printing some out. While i was searching for it my grabby tool (one of those that stops you having to stretch etc, fell of where it hangs and clouted me on the side of the head!

I haven't enter a challenge in ages, well never was big at them, but decided id make a card for my mother in law just to remind her that I'm still in the land of the living, i have now got to remember how to add firstly another blog to do the link and also to link to my card to, or if that doesn't go well i will just post the card either later tonight or tomorrow I'm getting to the stage now where i think technology is passing me by.xx

Another week

Well nearly a week since I've posted, now yesterday the now we had last week had thawed quite a bit, got up this morning to another inch and although its been just fine stuff it has been doing it most of the day, its alot wetter than the stuff last week.

Now on a card making, i really really can't get the enthusasim to do any i have put together a few bits i had laying around early but thats all 2 days off this week and all gone to waste spent either stareing into pace, or on the internet.

For lunch today i decided to walk up the the service station which is about 10 mins from my home, think i'd walked into a time warp, they still had christmas songs on lol x

well the title says it, now it's probably something that someone has already thought lol. right here goes, when you make a easel card out of a A4 piece of card you are left with a strip that is about 3 inches wide, now i some times have mad half hours and this is one of em where i don't want to throw anything away so i thought back to the SE Christmas meet when we made (i didnt but have since) gift card wallets now the bit that you have left isn't big enough to fit a gift card but you could use it for a money gift. like i said just a thought xx at some point i will take a picture of the one ive just done lol its not brilliant but..hey ho x

Also feeling poorly again today,not ill enough to do nothing but can't be bothered lol was going to spend the day crafting and although I've sat at the table on and off most of the day all I've done is trim loads of new stamps added my tack n peel to 2 of my rocker blocks and moan at OH and his choice of telly programmes xx

First in a lot of ways, my first post, my first cards, my first happy day this year, hmm that probably wont last lol, and at the moment we have the first snow of this year slowly falling mind you its fine like icing sugar and wet the weather is fairly warm out to well compared to what it has been so I wont be suprised if its raining by the morning. I ts funny really but this country seems to shut down before we get a heavy fall, I love it snow... love to hear the silience as it falls love to make the first footprint in virgin snow, and love once its deep and squeaks when you walk on it.

Well enough of that.
the picture here is of 2 of the loves of my life the human my 3rd son, 17 years of age and a lovely human being, never a bad word for anyone very helpfull and very caring, with him, our kitten/cat Daisie, she is the apple of his eye, and i think that shows xx

Well of 2009, all I can say is the last few weeks have pushed me to the limit in many ways, My FIL has been very poorly etc, and we nearly lost him on christmas eve, but the old boot is still fighting sometimes i wish his body would just give up, as he really doesnt have a very good quality of life at the moment, but who knows what 2010 will bring, its strange to think that as i type this the new year has already began for some. I guess im pne of lifes strange people i actually don't like the start of the new year, im ok once we get the first couple of weeks out of the way. As they say nothing as strange as folk.

Family have been getting on my nerves and a few days before christmas i exploded, somethings i said needed to be said some on hindsight didnt, I spent a few hour trundging through snow crying then realised i had no where really to go so came home,
the next 2 or 3 months hold alot of the unknown but i guess like always i will come through it.

Well I will say my HAPPY NEW YEARS to those that celebrate it and speak soon xx

Well another hectic week out of the way, in the early hours of wednesday morning we got broke into at work nearly £6000 worth of fragrance stolen and they had about 3 things to break through to get in, there are the rest of us that work really really hard for our money and these B's just make a mess etc.

Today i actually seem to have caught up a bit with christmas, we have had eldest's girlfriend staying this week and she is a lovely lovely girl, early days yet as she lives in the north and we the south, son has gone back with her for the night so hopeing we dont get anymore snow otherwise the blooming trains will probably not run.

Yes snooooooooooow not had as much as some of the south but blooming hec its been cold, when we went out shopping this morning it was -6!!!!!

Today we opted for our old 2ft fibre optic tree least the cats cant throw themselves at it LOL. I love christmas lights so decided what could i do with them, then thought oooooooh vases so have 2 vases on my wondow sill with them in they look lovely and a few other decs up to. Hubby wrapped about half the christmas presents today as well. In the morning I will write the rest of my handmade xmas cards and then in the afternoon wrap up warm and go and deliver them. We are doing the food shopping on tuesday once i finish work at 5pm and to be honest we have the meat and a sack of potatoes so if i brought nothing else we wont starve.

Well not alot else to say, maybe I will post again before christmas but if not HAPPY CHRISTMAS to anyone that reads this ....xxxxx

I tell you I really don't know wether I'm coming or going at the moment, along with the normal pressure we have at this time of year I have problems at work and also alot of financial problems that I really am going to have to address early 2010, also still ongoing problems with the in laws and the new boiler that we paid alot of money for in August still doesn't do what it should, like heat 7 rads at the same time.!!! at the moment ive washed my hands of the latter and leaving my husband to deal with it cos i think i will explode if i speak to the man.

Well on a slightly happier note, I'm slowly getting to finish 40 christmas cards, they all have inserts now some still need sentiments on the front, but hopefully if i can summons the energy this week they will all be finished and written and addressed.

I want to write so many moans here at the mo as I need to unload alot but to be honest no energy mental or physical, it is taking everything i have to get up and go to work etc etc.

Maybe you will hear from me again this year who knows. I'm taking an hour at a time at the mo, watch this space, sorry for the doom and gloom but thats how i feel and i said this time that the blog was for me.

I honestly didn't mean not to post for 2 weeks but there just hasn't been enough hours in my day, inbetween work, craft meets and normal day to day jobs, oh and spending far to much time on the applications on facebook lol.

Actually I have decided to stop alot of the things on facebook as it taking up far to much of my life, may get back into them in January. This weekend should see me finishing 40 odd christmas cards, i printed the inserts yesterday and some of them need a bit of ribbon and glitter, so im taking them and the bits to the caravan this weekend and doing that there so all i will need to do is find envelopes to fit em LOL.

Well that's it for tonight and i will try and add a bit more of an insight into what i've been upto. xxxx

Well a week on

See I told you, I was good for the first 2 days then I've let it go, to be honest since Saturday I really haven't had alot of time. well i seem to just have had time to feed fish etc .

SO a quick catch up last week had the real hump all week, soooo when on Saturday i woke up still in the same frame of mind, I decided sod Christmas shopping I caught 2 buses to my local craft shop and had a spend, then been soooo busy since haven't even had time to play and can't remember off the top of my head what i brought, how bad is that LOL

Sunday well that was the day that gloom seemed to lift and I had a goodish shift at work, family peed me off a bit when I got home but whats new there.

MONDAY a day off, was in Milton Keynes shopping by 9am by 12 loaded up like Mary's donkey on Xmas eve I got a taxi home, said parcels where about 2 thirds of my Xmas shopping, then I was back out the house within 20 mins back to the train station then off to see my friends in Northampton for a few hours crafting, Carol is a lovely lady and her husband Chris just as lovely always make me feel so welcome in there house, this time I met one of Carols crafting pals called Maxine, what a lovely ladies she was too, we actually didn't get any real crafting done just chatted and I showed them both how to use a few of the many Cd's they have.

ALAS one sad thing I found out that one of my memory sticks has a poorly bit on it, I've lost 4 years worth of backing papers and about half the templates Ive saved, hey ho I'm not even sure what I've lost as there was soooo much on it, it will be when I go to use it that i will realise it has gone.

Yesterday it was work again, promo change so a very quick day really but I came home with terrible neck ache and was unable to sleep to well last night.

Well was going to have a stay at home day today, still had loads to do but.... yeah a big but, sorted out all my summer stuff etc, that went fine decided that i was going to put alot of the stuff i wear alot in the drawers under the bed, which was OK, realised i must have about 15 nighties and pj's lol.

Had just finished all my jobs was eating cheese on toast, knock knock at the door good i thought one of the reasons i'd stayed in was M&S where delivering lol yeah right they delivered 1 item, out of about 12 grrrrrrrrrrrr the rest when i checked my emails will be 2 weeks NO WAY i thought so i cancelled order and had to go into MK and do the said shop so one has to treat ones self doesn't one, i brought myself a IPOD shuffle a nice turquoise one, its then taken me 5 hours to work how to use it LOL. The trouble is i should have spent the time sorting stuff for caravan at weekend, then work have rung and asked me to go in at 12 tomorrow so guess who is getting up at 6:30am and HOPEFULLY will get some of the things done that still need doing.

LASTLY my father in law is back in the luton and dunstable hospital and has decided that he wont go to bed again, what I cant understand is how they allow it, I could go on but it just wears me thin, so on that final word i will finish, love and hugs to all those that read xx

now this picture is of a patchwork card, a lovely lady gave me the blank one i just imported it in GCF and used some pics I'd got, lovely it looked so printed it out on my strong card, then decided to throw a whole BIG glass of coke over 2 table of craft stuff, 15 sheets of damamged card/paper 2 cards totally ruined, and one very wet extenstion lead, how I didn't go bang I don't know, that said I think I will use this template again and again.

Well I've come back for day 2 lol, thanks Pam for becoming a follower, I must admit I do read all your posts and don't often reply, a slap on wrist to me.

Well it's a beautiful day here in Newport Pagnell, yeah right who am I trying to fool, its blowing a right storm outside and in another hour or so I've got to go to work, will be wrapping up warm, note to self I need to buy a wooly hat this winter.

Now I've actually made a card this morning, the fact that it was all with greetings card factory is not the point, I will scan it later thanks in advance to Maureen for sending me the template for it, and I think it will be something I will use again.

Well a bit of a waffle about the family those that know me will know that this has been a very eventfull year with the in laws health etc, well last friday they transfered my father in law to the Royal Free in London, they did this to give him a brain scan, as a couple of weeks ago he had a bleed, well good thing was it didn't need an op bad news is that the hospital he went from now hasn't got a bed so he is in London his wife is in Luton and family are trying there hardest between work etc to go and visit, will it never end.

Well in the last few weeks I've been blog hopping again, and this morning decided I would once again do my own, Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh another steep learning curve me thinks, a I seem to have forgotten alot of what I learned first time round.
I think the reason that I stopped blogging was that I felt that I didnt get enough comments but this time think hey ho this is just for me to put some of how I feel into words.

So who knows when I will post sometimes daily, sometimes weekly maybe longer, but I hope some of my ramblings will amuse or make you think.
